In a group class you will be guided through a progression of small gentle movements that release inefficient patterns, allowing you to recall your body's own innate knowledge. Most of the class is experienced lying down with the emphasis on reflecting on the responses of your body. You learn at your own rate, organically, by following your sensations of comfort and ease. These classes can be tailored to specific needs of the group. The Feldenkrais Method can accommodate people with many different needs and physical requirements. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Individual sessions (Functional Integration) are tailored to your specific needs and situation. After a short assessment and discussion Jane will gently manipulate your body with a combination of precise and instructive touch. The touch will help bring awareness to your own unique patterns of movement which will in turn, help you to understand better how to function more efficiently and affectively. Every session is unique and will help you to understand how your new awareness can be applied in everyday or difficult situations.
