The Method takes you through a series of very gentle movements which help your brain to relearn how to sit and work with ease.
In the half-day Sitting Workshop at Yavington Studio you will experience Feldenkrais lessons which are particularly effective in helping with "computer neck" and difficulties which arise from long hours sitting down. A follow-up visit to your working environment is an option to help implement individual needs.
